Contacts

To enhance our service, those seeking help because of stalking or harrassment problems are invited to contact Network for Surviving Stalking via the Victim Supportline: 0845 30 30 900 or email Supportline.

The phone lines are open between:
9am and 9pm Monday to Friday
9am to 7pm Saturday and Sunday
9am to 5pm on Bank Holidays.

Calls are charged at the local rate - lines can be busy and callers are advised that they may have to wait.

It would be appreciated if callers to Victim Supportline could say that they heard about it through the Network for Surviving Stalking Website.

Network for Surviving Stalking can provide information to victims of stalking. This information comes from those with professional or personal experiences with stalking. What we cannot do is give legal and medical advice about your particular case - although we may be able to give general advice. Any information that we do give you will be in good faith to the best of our ability. We cannot be liable as an organisation for any adverse consequences of the information we give you. We will do everything we can to help you.

In order to help you we may need to ask some questions about your circumstances. Any information that you give us will be treated with the utmost confidence. Between us we will decide on a secure means of communication.

We can send leaflets which contain general guidance relevant to you.
