Training
What you and your organisation need to know:
- Over 1.2 million women and 900,000 men are affected by stalking in the UK every year*
- A large proportion of victims are professionals**
- Many victims lose their jobs, relationships and homes**
- Post-traumatic stress disorder, depression, anxiety, agoraphobia and panic attacks are just some of the side-effects of stalking ******
How NSS can help
As the only UK charity dedicated to raising awareness about stalking and harassment, NSS can provide you with a tailor-made training package on the issues relevant to your company or organisation. From conferences to after-dinner speakers we’re committed to spreading the word about the reality of stalking. We can help you reduce the risk of stalking and also raise awareness about this crime.
Speakers
We have experienced training consultants and access to a host of speakers from the fields of policing, law, psychology and personal security. We also have a number of people who are willing to share their own experience of stalking too. All our speakers are passionate, engaging and committed to raising awareness about the subject.
Clients
NSS has recently been commissioned to provide a pilot training project for the charity Victim Support and we hope to roll this out across the wider organisation in the future.
